Aciphex (Rabeprazole) comes as a delayed-release (long-acting) tablet to take by mouth. Aciphex is usually taken once a day for 4 to 8 weeks, but is sometimes taken for a longer time. When taken for ulcers, Aciphex (rabeprazole) should be taken after the morning meal.

Bentyl (dicyclomine) is used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Dicyclomine is in a class of medications called anticholinergics. It relieves muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract by blocking the activity of a certain natural substance in the body.

Ranitidine (generic Zantac) is used to treat and prevent the recurrence of ulcers and to treat other conditions where the stomach makes too much acid. Ranitidine also is used to treat or prevent occasional heartburn, acid indigestion, or sour stomach. It decreases the amount of acid made in the stomach.
